Current weight lost - 4.6 lbs.

Yay! I am finally losing this stupid vacation weight. I would like to lose another 5.5 lbs. I'm in no rush though. I would like for it to be off or almost off by the first of December. I have kind of quit my 10-day diet, but I am still eating the recommended foods. In the morning for breakfast I usually eat a piece of fruit. For a mid-morning snack I eat some fruit or an egg or cheese slices. For lunch I eat some beans and some fruit. For dinner I eat mostly vegetables. So I am eating around 4 small meals a day. And those meals are mostly all fruits. Last week I even ate out a couple of times. But I made sure not to stuff myself or eat greasy, fried foods.
